Core Capabilities
Operations & Maintenance
(O&M)
Comprehensive O&M services covering shutdowns, turnarounds, and ongoing support for both upstream and downstream facilities. We offer fully integrated solutions, or tailored labour and equipment-only services, to meet your needs. Our scope includes operational planning and execution to ensure asset safety, reliability, and optimal performance.
Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)
Delivery of greenfield and brownfield EPC projects. We operate as either the main contractor managing full project delivery or as a subcontractor delivering defined packages or trades. Our capabilities span electrical, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and structural steel fabrication and installation.
Specialist Consultancy and Advisory
Independent advisory across the project lifecycle capital governance, risk management, cost optimisation, and delivery assurance. Our services support development, operations, and decommissioning phases, including strategy, execution planning, supply chain optimisation, and procurement efficiency. We also support local content development and workforce capability uplift.
Well Construction & Drilling Support
Provision of experienced personnel and ancillary equipment for drilling operations in the energy sector. We support project management, well engineering, rig operations and maintenance, and operational assurance across both drilling and completions. Our strategic planning expertise extends to future rig acquisitions and fleet development initiatives.
Decommissioning
Support for Well Plug & Abandonment (P&A), including engineering, labour, and ancillary services for operators and rig contractors. We also provide topsides suspension, make-safe, and removal preparation services for offshore facilities. For onshore, we manage and deliver decommissioning of upstream/downstream and Major Hazard Facilities, including suspension, make-safe, and deconstruction activities.
Project Management Services
End-to-end project and contract management for both operators and contractors. We bring expertise across capital projects and long-term O&M contracts, ensuring disciplined planning, delivery, and performance.
